Cydne McLaughlin

Cydne was born in Alberta and raised in the Yukon and southern British Columbia. She started her family in Newfoundland, and now calls the Miramichi River Valley home. Cydne has a Bachelor of Arts and Science (Sociology and Psychology) from the University of Lethbridge and a Master of Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University. She has over 15 years experience providing frontline mental health supports to at-risk youth, emerging adults and incarcerated individuals.

Cydne provides a safe, non-judgemental space to help people with anxiety, depression, anger, addictions, grief and loss, trauma, and work related stress. Cydne works with teens and adults and has a special interest in working with first responders and people working in high-stress jobs.
